Shipping Information

We work closely with our clients to arrange for job specific shipments, tailored to their respective budget, location, and timeframe. International, domestic, and in-state shipments/deliveries can be arrangedwith little lead-time for LTL, White-Glove, et. al.

Returns

Save for the rare instance where a given piece has been clearly misrepresented, all sales are final and we will not grant a refund nor offer credit or an exchange. Should our photographs or condition reports be unclear, please ask detailed questions and request specific photographs for clarity. 

Storage

Given notice, we will gladly work with buyers to accommodate storage needs. If a purchased item remains unspoken for in the showroom for 60 days or more, it will be returned to the showroom floor and the buyer will not be refunded. 

Payment

Payment: Accepted credit cards are American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover– in person, over the phone, or processed via a credit card authorization form. Checks are accepted upon receipt of a purchase order confirming intent. 

Tax

Tax: Buyers are subject to NJ tax of 7.0% with the following exclusions: Architects, Designers, etc. with tax exemption will not be charged tax. Items purchased by out-of-state clients are not subject to tax.
